    Here's an original
    "PHIL DIRT AND THE DOZERS" CONCERT WINDOWCARD ADVERTISING SIGN
    promoting their appearance at the MUSKINGUM COUNTY FAIR in ZANESVILLE, OHIO.  No date, but nine-digit zip code started in 1983.  August 16th only fell on a Sunday in 1987, 1992, 1998, 2009 & 2015.
    The poster has a picture of the group with the mullet haircuts popular in the 1980s, so I believe this to be from 1987.
    The cardstock sign is 21 7.8" tall and 13 3/4" wide.
